Making an enquiry does not constitute a booking.  

When we have agreed the dates and rates, you will receive a short contract to sign and must pay a deposit (approx 20% of your rental cost).  If you cancel within 30 days of your rental, you will not receive a refund of the deposit.  If cancelled within 60 days, you will receive 50% and if more than 60 days prior to your rental, a full refund will be issued.

Rental Rates

May - £1690 per week

June - £1990 per week

July - £2190 per week

Aug - £2390 per week

Sept - £1790 per week

Oct - £1290 per week

We offer longer term rentals over Autumn, Winter and early Spring at £1000 per month plus electricity and water bills

We may reduce the weekly rate by 10% if only 2 people are staying - please enquire!

(WiFi is included at no extra cost, there is no charge for extra beds (we have a sofa bed, camp bed and travel cot) although we recommend that the number of occupants does not exceed 9 people, including small children)
