Our Journey
We first came to Puglia in 2013, with our (then) one year old son. We got engaged in the region and fell completely in love with it, returning in 2016 for a month in a trullo on the other side of Ceglie Messapica, which sealed the deal for us!
In 2020, we found this gem of a place, after viewing 50+ trulli within a 15 mile radius!
We spent 2021-2023 renovating both buildings, making the independent trullo habitable, constructing a swimming pool and pergola and taking all of the cement off the inside of the main trullo to reveal the beautiful stone beneath. Subsequent projects in 2024 and 2025 involved an outdoor kitchen and lights up the driveway to complete our dream.
